We follow the industry standard of rent to income ratio. Your monthly take-home income should be least three times the monthly rent. If rent is $2000/ month, your monthly income must be $6000 or more.
Upon request, an online application will be emailed to you. We require a copy of your drivers license, proof of income and a credit score of at least 680. Credit Karma, Capitol One, American Express or other major credit card monitoring services are accepted for proof of credit score.
After your application has been submitted, please send us your supporting documentation which includes your driver's license, proof of income and credit score. After the application has been approved, we will email you a lease to be e-signed through Adobe EchoSign.
The grand total to move in, which includes monthly rent, refundable damage deposit and cleaning fee are due within 24 hours after signing the lease.
All funds must be cleared prior to receiving keys.

There is no smoking or pets allowed. We do not allow tenants to bring any of their own furniture or housewares into the rental property.

We accept checks, cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal ( Friends and Family), all with no processing fee.
Credit cards- additional 3.9% processing fee plus 3$ flat fee.
PayPal- (Good and Services)- additional 3.2% processing fee.
* If you are a travel nurse or traveling executive; your offer letter or contract are acceptable, if dated within the past 30 days.
* If you are self employed and do not have pay stubs, your most recent two bank statements are acceptable forms for proof of income.
* If you are retired; your bank statement, SS benefit letter, pension letter, or tax return are acceptable forms of proof of income.
